Founder/ Executive Director
Denice Stanford is entrepreneur, small business advocate, born a native of Illinois raised in California, currently lives in, and spent her entire career in Dallas, Texas. Her desire to always see others win has always earned her a leadership role in on boarding new employees and/ or workforce management throughout her career. Her specialty is teaching team building, customer service and time management. She earned a Six Signa certification that she often applies to the projects she manages. She is a member of the Dallas NAACP, a strong supporter of Voting and has joined BVM to get others registered to vote with a focus on the needs of Small Business Owners.

The Business Alliance Group is a nonprofit organization with a sole mission to fight for small businesses in communities across america. Unfortunately, its clear government funding just doesn't seem to reach all business needs and sometimes getting a loan at a local bank is out of reach. There is no secret in most communities the guidelines for funding hasn't truly been set up with the Mom & Pop business in mind. Assistance with organizing business time and resources to ensure business stays aligned with the Founders vision and mission.

In addition we offer networking opportunities to cross promote the services/ products of business types. We will work hard to strengthen small businesses to fight against the threat of going out of business.
Board Member/ Director
Fatima Patterson is a Leadership Development Professional, Certified Senior Professional of Human Resources, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified HBDI professional, and Registered Natural Healthcare Practitioner with a strong desire to help everyone achieve greatness through leadership development, and natural wellness.

Treasurer
Misha Brown is a community advocate that has been involved in several non profit campaigns. Misha lives in the community she serves and understands the needs of its people. She has a strong customer service skills wind kind and generous heart. With her experience in book keeping and managing records she is the perfect member to ensure our organizational dollars go to the right cause.

Board Member
Gayla Coby who resides in Lancaster, TX has a background of serving people in different formats, including community volunteer services and caregiving. She is a former realtor for Lewis & Associates Realtors, Inc. Gayla presently sits on the board of HEROES, she has sat on the board of the Minority Business Development Council and was also on the Board of Directors for the Brown Group. She’s also involved in several Desoto community programs.
